- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Horrible customer service. Went to wire money for a refi closing today at 11:30 AM -- was told that their servers were down and that I could check back in an hour. Came back after an hour (mind you - each trip was 5-10 miles and 15 minutes away) and there were now 4 people waiting ahead of me and only one customer rep. This is not the first time I've gotten poor service from this bank either. We're looking for a new bank now and it won't be PNC!!!By Rick C, October 07, 2017
